family square dances

Family square dances run will run on six Wednesday nights (July 9, 16, 23, 30 Aug 6, 13, 2) in the Pavilion at Juniper Island from 6-8pm. As in prior years we have the Juno award winning local band, the Leahy’s, who will perform each week.

New for 2025 - the Store will be serving pizza and salad. Please get your order in by 11am each Wednesday.

No square dance experience necessary so come on and join us!

We DO need volunteers to help ferry the band and the caller back and forth from Carveth’s, to manage the door, and set up/take down the sound system. If you can volunteer on one or more evenings, please email programs@aslcmembers.ca!

It's $5 to attend if you sign up on CourtReserve in advance. Otherwise, please bring $7 to the door!
